Vocaleo Bridge: join the call when your agent needs you
Let your agent handle the call, then bring you in when it needs your help. With Vocaleo Bridge, your agent calls your verified phone number, explains the situation privately, and asks before it connects you.
How it works
You give your agent a task and ask it to bring you in if needed. Vocaleo makes the standard outbound call as usual.
When your agent needs your help, it puts the destination on hold and calls your verified account number. It explains the situation privately and asks for your agreement first.
After you agree, Vocaleo connects the two calls so you can speak to the other party. You cannot supply a different invite number in the call request. Bridge always uses your verified account number.
How to ask for it
Bridge is off by default. You ask for it on each call. Task text alone does not turn it on. This permission applies to one call, not the whole account.
Copy this message into your conversation with your agent:
Your agent sets allow_user_join=true on that call after your explicit request. If you are new to Vocaleo, choose your agent's setup guide first.
A few things to know
- Bridge works with standard calls. It is not available in Pro Mode.
- Your verified number must be supported and different from the number your agent calls.
- Vocaleo rejects an invalid Bridge request before it reserves credit.
- The result records that Bridge was permitted for the call, not proof that you joined.
- Vocaleo cannot use a different invite number. It calls your verified account number only.
