Vocaleo

A personal number for your personal agent

Give your agent its own phone number through Vocaleo. It can call for you, answer when someone calls back, and take messages.

How it works

You give your agent a task, such as a dinner reservation. Vocaleo makes the call from your agent's number. If nobody answers, it can leave a message with that number.

When the restaurant calls back, Vocaleo answers as your AI assistant. It uses the previous call to continue the task within your instructions. For example, it can confirm a table for two at the time you requested.

Your agent can read the result and tell you what happened. Automatic updates depend on whether your agent can check for new calls on a schedule.

What it can do

Tell your agent what it can accept. For example: “Book a table for two at 7 p.m. Accept 6:30 or 7:30 if needed.”

How to set it up

  1. Connect your agent to Vocaleo.

If you are new to Vocaleo, choose your agent's setup guide first. If your agent already uses Vocaleo, go to the next step.

  2. Ask for a personal number.

Copy this message into your conversation with your agent:

You can request a US or Canadian area code, such as 413. If no number is available, your agent will ask for another area code.

  3. Complete payment.

Your agent gives you a payment link. A personal number costs US$3 per month. Call credit costs extra. The Vocaleo confirmation page shows your number once it is active.

Ask your agent to confirm that the number is active before the first call.

  4. Give your agent a task.

Include who to call, what you want, and which alternatives you accept.

Ask your agent to check for return calls and tell you the result. If it cannot run scheduled checks, ask it for updates yourself.
